He finished with the lady and came back to me, washed my hair and showed me the color of the colored bath, it was a caramel color, not the one I had said (chocolate / mahogany) but I thought, it looks pretty, it's okay. She put it on me and left it for me for over half an hour while she was on her cell phone. I started to comb my hair and the color began to lighten, it is worth saying that I ended up with tiger stripes, my hair is almost black and the discolored parts were yellow, not chocolate or caramel, but canary yellow. One would think that for the price and location these beginner mistakes would not be made, plus the discolored parts are not well blurred, it seems that I was painted with a brush. The only thing they offered me was to put another bath of color on top of this one, but the color plates would still be there. My hair was virgin and now I will have to wait to bleach everything to fix myself with all the color plastics. It is pure image and no quality.
