Me quemaron las pestañas… fui a hacerme un risaso permanente, parecía q no sabían lo q hacían pues al ver q después de la1:30hr q dura el tratamiento mis pestañas seguían igual, lo decidieron hacer de nuevo, dejándolas igual de flats pero quemadas! Quedaron de llamarme para darle seguimiento pero ni eso… Súper mal sálvate! No vayas!
Cabe aclarar q x lo menos no m cobraron…
Horrible! They burned my eyelashes ... I went to make myself a permanent laugh, it seemed that they did not know what they were doing because when I saw that after 1:30 h the treatment lasted my eyelashes were still the same, they decided to do it again, leaving them just as flats but burned! They agreed to call me to follow up but not even that ... Super bad save yourself! Do not go!
It should be clarified that x at least they did not charge me ...

Pésima atención a clientes y seguimiento, no anotan las citas de retoque (aunque te den fecha y hora) simplemente te dicen que aunque tengas cita si ellas no te llaman un día antes pues ni vayas por qué no te van a atender.
Después tú tienes que solucionar el problema, cuando es error de ellas.
En fin, las pestañas son de baja calidad, brillan mucho y se caen en una semana.
Ojalá l@ dueñ@ tome cartas en el asunto, ya que de lo contrario perderán más clientes.
No vuelvo, ni recomiendo.
Terrible!
Terrible customer service and follow-up, they don't write down the touch-up appointments (even if they give you the date and time) they simply tell you that even if you have an appointment if they don't call you a day before then don't even go why they won't attend you.
Then you have to solve the problem, when it is their error.
Anyway, the lashes are of low quality, they shine a lot and they fall out in a week.
Hopefully the owner will take action on the matter, otherwise they will lose more customers.
I do not return, nor recommend.
