My boyfriend and I went to bleach a bit of our hair and I'm so sorry I spent those six hours there. NOT EVEN IF I HAD BEEN PAID, or it had been free, it would have been ok. He asked for 4 fingers bleached white and they made him about 20 fingers and he looked like a poorly done guera woman. His spectacular mane and two years of growth were ruined. I ordered a bleached and pastel pink strand, it ended up being a faded orange. He asked us to come back the next day to validate the guarantee and fix it. In the end, my boyfriend's hair was yellow and fluffy, and he made me fuchsia (which is not the same as pastel pink) so that he doesn't say it's not pink. And as if it were a movie, the girl who had her hair dyed next to us had a bad look too, and before leaving another girl came to complain. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DID WHAT THEY WANTED, and went too far in blaming us. IT WILL TAKE TWO YEARS FOR IT TO GROW AGAIN, because we will surely have to cut it down. Never go to dye and cut ?
