★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención al cliente. Tenía cita a las 12:30 pm el día de hoy y cuando llegué el salón estaba cerrado. Le escribí a Pamela y me dijo que se sintió mal y se fue del salón. En lugar de avisarme con tiempo, tuve que escribirle para que me dijera que no iba a poder atenderme. Adicionalmente no me ofreció darme otra cita, un descuento o cualquier otra cosa para compensar la situación. Simplemente dejó de contestar. Muy desilusionada con el servicio.
 Very bad customer service. I had an appointment at 12:30 pm today and when I arrived the room was closed. I wrote to Pamela and she said she felt bad and left the room. Instead of letting me know in time, I had to write to him to tell me that he would not be able to attend to me. Additionally, he did not offer to give me another appointment, a discount or anything else to compensate for the situation. He simply stopped answering. Very disillusioned with the service.
