Tuvimos la fortuna de encontrar este lugar que nos permitiera tener una cremación presencial el mismo día que nuestro perrito se fue. Recomiendo llamar para solicitar cita. El personal siempre muy respetuoso y profesional. Estamos muy satisfechos con el trato y aunque es una experiencia muy dolorosa, OHANA nos ayudo a poder decir adios a nuestro perrito y ahora tener sus cenizas con nosotros. Mil gracias por todo.
A highly recommended place to say goodbye to your furry friend. We were fortunate to find this place that would allow us to have an in-person cremation the same day our puppy left. I recommend calling to make an appointment. The staff are always very respectful and professional. We are very satisfied with the treatment and although it is a very painful experience, OHANA helped us to say goodbye to our puppy and now have his ashes with us. Thanks a lot for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo recomiendo!!! el servicio fue muy profesional, en todo momento constataron que nos entregarían a nuestra gatita. Hay varias opciones de servicios y OHANA fue la primera en responder a las 8 de la mañana en día domingo, mientras en otros lugares me decian que tardaban bastantes horas en entregar las cenizas de mi peludita o incluso que no trabajan en domingo y los costos eran un poco más elevados. En OHANA me ofrecieron un paquete donde pasaban por mi peludita a casa y dos personas la acompañamos en el camino, en la funeraria hay una ventanita donde en todo momento ves el proceso de cremación, hay una certeza de que en verdad regresas con las cenizas de tu peludo y el costo me pareció accesible (nos incluyeron el transporte, la urna y una huellita de mi gatita) hay una sala de espera donde tuvimos la oportunidad de despedirnos de mi gatita antes de llevar el proceso de cremación, en todo momento fueron muy amables.

There are several service options and OHANA was the first to respond at 8 in the morning on a Sunday, while in other places they told me that it took many hours to deliver my furry's ashes or even that they don't work on Sunday and the costs were a little higher. In OHANA they offered me a package where they took my furry home and two people accompanied her on the way, in the funeral home there is a small window where you can see the cremation process at all times, there is a certainty that you really return with the ashes of your furry and the cost seemed affordable (they included transportation, the urn and a footprint of my kitten) there is a waiting room where we had the opportunity to say goodbye to my kitten before carrying out the cremation process, at all times they were very kind.
