★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas de 1 hora esperando el platillo, y los empleados solo decían que ya venia en camino. Y eso que tenían solo dos mesas en el restaurante. Así no dan ganas de regresar. Mala experiencia!
 More than 1 hour waiting for the dish, and the employees only said that it was on its way. And that they only had two tables in the restaurant. That way you don't want to go back. Bad experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí 2 shots de jengibre y cuando he comprado en la condesa me dan a parte un cosito de maracuyá para aminorar supongo pesado del shot. Cuando me entregaron los shots me di cuenta que no me dieron maracuyá y lo desconocían completamente. Entonces pónganse de acuerdo porque sin eso sí está muy cañón aminorar el sabor del shot.
I ordered 2 shots of ginger and when I bought in the countess they gave me a little piece of passion fruit to reduce I guess heavy of the shot. When they gave me the shots I realized that they did not give me passion fruit and they were completely unaware of it. Then agree because without that it is very cannon to reduce the flavor of the shot.

En primera quitaron muchos platillos del menú y cada vez que voy ya le volvieron a subir los precios a los platillos (esto sería entendible, pero hay platillos que han subido de precio en el último año hasta un 30%). La presentación de los platillos cada vez está pero, ej. las enchiladas suizas antes antes venían en un pequeño sarten de hierro con un pedazo de pan, ahora te lo sirven en un plato cualquier sin el pan. La última vez que fui pedí unos molletes, la porción de los ingredientes no es igual que antes y una mini porción de pillo de gallo, cuando le pedí mas salsa al mesero me dijo que me la tendría que cobrar. Es la primera vez que me pasa eso en un restaurante, ni en una taquería de la calle te cobran la salsa, realmente absurdo. Obviamente no pienso regresar.
Before I used to come here for breakfast often, but every time I come back it gets worse. At first they removed many dishes from the menu and every time I go they have already raised the prices of the dishes (this would be understandable, but there are dishes that have risen in price in the last year by up to 30%). The presentation of the dishes every time is but, eg. Swiss enchiladas used to come in a small iron pan with a piece of bread, now they serve it to you on any plate without the bread. The last time I went I asked for some muffins, the portion of the ingredients is not the same as before and a mini portion of pillo de gallo, when I asked the waiter for more sauce he told me that he would have to charge me for it. This is the first time that has happened to me in a restaurant, nor do they charge you for salsa in a street taco, really absurd. Obviously I am not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida. Esperé a que llegara el cocinero durante más de 1 hora y nunca llegó. Llegué tarde a clase y nunca me sirvieron. La peor falta de profesionalismo. Si dicen que van a abrir a una hora, que lo hagan o que no mientan.
The worst experience I have ever had in my life. I waited for the cook to arrive for over 1 hour and he never came. I was late for class and they never served me. The worst lack of professionalism. If they say they are going to open at an hour, they should do it or they shouldn't lie.

Pedí un avo toast, el Pan vino con literal una embarrada de aguacate negro, sin trufa y el huevo demasiado frito. Mi hermana pidió un sándwich de roast beef con mermelada de ciruela, le faltaron a su sándwich 3 ingredientes de los que debía de llevar y la trabajadora lo negó, lo volvieron a preparar y agregaron los ingredientes que le faltaban.
Mi mamá pidió unos huevos condesa igual con los huevos demasiado fritos. Es una pena que no puedan cocinar bien un huevo en este restaurante, el personal no hace bien su trabajo!!!! Por favor capaciten bien a su personal Ojo de Agua, están perdiendo buenos clientes.
I went to the restaurant for breakfast. The lady is not friendly, in a bad mood. I ordered an avo toast, the bread came with a literal smear of black avocado, no truffle and the egg was too fried. My sister ordered a roast beef sandwich with plum jam, her sandwich was missing 3 ingredients that she should have and the worker denied it, they re-prepared it and added the missing ingredients.
My mom ordered some countess eggs the same way with the eggs too fried. It's a shame that they can't cook an egg well in this restaurant, the staff don't do their job well!!!! Please train your Ojo de Agua staff well, they are losing good clients.
