★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me enteré de Ojo de Agua después de la pandemia y hemos pedido ya sea para desayunar; las enchiladas suizas buenísimas pero lo demás queda a deber un poco porque no se siente recién hecho. La fruta y las aguas son perfectas y frescas. Los sandwiches son realmente deliciosos y tiene buenas combinaciones que vale la pena probar, como el de guanabana. El mango también siempre esta perfectamente maduro. Bien rifados.
 I found out about Ojo de Agua after the pandemic and have ordered either for breakfast; the Swiss enchiladas are great but the rest is a little due because it doesn't feel fresh. The fruit and the waters are perfect and fresh. The sandwiches are really delicious and have good combinations that are worth trying, such as the guanabana. The mango is also always perfectly ripe. Well raffled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No suelo escribir malas reseñas, pero este lugar lo amerita. Nada que ver con la sucursal de la Condesa. El servicio es LENTÍSIMO. Esperamos una hora por la comida después de haber pagado. La comida no es lo que sale en el menú- porciones pequeñas y desabridas. No ordenen el da wish de jamón serrano al chipotle, es puro chipotle.
Carísimo, no valió la pena. No volvería ni lo recomendaría. Una lástima porque el lugar es muy bonito.
I don't usually write bad reviews, but this place deserves it. Nothing to do with the Condesa branch. The service is VERY SLOW. We waited an hour for food after paying. The food is not what is on the menu - small and bland portions. Don't order the chipotle serrano ham day wish, it's pure chipotle.
Expensive, not worth it. I wouldn't go back or recommend it. A pity because the place is very nice.

Tienes que pagar primero en la caja lo que vayas a consumir, luego elegir la mesa y ya después te llevan los alimentos.
Fuimos a desayunar.
Los platillos llegaron a destiempo, los hot cakes de matcha, no son de matcha, son hotcakes normales espolvorados de matcha, el error garrafal? El mango con sabor a cebolla, el cual, pedimos nos lo cambiaran.
Los demas platillos bien.
The place is quite beautiful, however, I did not like the experience.
You have to pay first at the checkout for what you are going to consume, then choose the table and then they bring you the food.
We went to breakfast.
The dishes arrived at the wrong time, the matcha pancakes, they are not matcha pancakes, they are normal pancakes sprinkled with matcha, the big mistake? The onion-flavored mango, which, we asked, would be changed.
The other dishes are fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremadamente caro y la comida sin sabor. Una onda muy condechi. Lo rescatable las bebidas preparadas y el servicio. De tres desayunos con 3 jugos 750 pesos!!! Ni café tome! Enchiladas suizas rellenas de huevo ( así solo batido, sin nada mas) hotcakes y huevos tirados. Un verdadero robo.
Extremely expensive and the food tasteless. A very condechi wave. What is redeemable are the drinks prepared and the service. Three breakfasts with 3 juices 750 pesos!!! Don't even drink coffee! Swiss enchiladas stuffed with eggs (just beaten, nothing else), hotcakes and scrambled eggs. A real robbery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great experience, maybe pricey if you don't search around the menu. Everything taste and look pretty fresh. My advice is look for combos or promos. Pet friendly and began options.
Portions of the food are big enough to shear, with option of salad or crisp's. Nice place to pass the time.
