All this in 15 minutes. The one who attends me says but then what do I do ... what do I do ... how I work. He takes off the patch and tells me in a zero empathic, zero polite way, we cannot assist you because there is no adhesive. Even an hour before, they sent me a message if they could advance my appointment because a client had canceled them. Bad attitude on the part of the staff, the owner and the employees have to make sure that they have the material to work with. You pay for a service and for my time, which is the most valuable thing.

When I left I felt like garbage in my eye, it would not go away, so I went to an ophthalmologist. They scratched the epithelium of my cornea. Not all of your staff are trained. When I shared my experience with them, they were not responsible.
