I love this pastry shop, for 30 pesos more they decorate your super nice birthday cake just a week in advance and we always order the birthday cakes there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la nieve está rica, pero la persona que me atendió tuvo una actitud grosera y sin ganas (una chica joven de cabello de colores) ella nos preparó una bebida de matcha además y su sabor estuvo fatal. Varias veces le pregunté cosas plan "cómo se llama ese producto, de que es" y ella ni siquiera se molestó en contestar.
Terrible service, the snow is delicious, but the person who attended me had a rude and unwilling attitude (a young girl with colored hair), she prepared us a matcha drink and its taste was terrible. Several times I asked her things like "what is that product called, what is it" and she didn't even bother to answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontré al señor que surte los pasteles en el estacionamiento de la plaza arreglando un pastel que maltrato accidentalmente con sus dedos, desacomodo el betún y con una tarjeta que sacó de su cartera, acomodo el betún para que se vea liso.
I found the man who stocks the cakes in the parking lot of the plaza fixing a cake that he accidentally mistreated with his fingers, he unsettled the icing and with a card that he took out of his wallet, he arranged the icing so that it looks smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Aunque se entiende que hay gente además de ti esperando, tardan mucho en atenderte y eso que hay dependientas desocupadas. La chica de la caja es muy malhumorada y no te da un buen trato... Referente al pastel estaba muy ahogón y definitivamente no vuelvo a ir, por lo menos a esa sucursal
Very bad service. Although it is understood that there are people besides you waiting, they take a long time to serve you and that there are unemployed shop assistants. The girl at the register is very grumpy and does not give you a good deal... Regarding the cake, I was very choked and I definitely will not go again, at least to that branch

No hay buena organización, ya que no siempre atienden en el orden en que llegan los clientes.
La gelatina que probé, aunque no sabía mal, tenía un olor desagradable, por lo que quizá deberían poner fecha de caducidad a algunos productos.
Los pasteles son buenos y tienen suficiente variedad, aunque no han incluido nada nuevo en un buen tiempo. Las bebidas también tienen buen sabor.
La segunda planta está deshabilitada, por lo que no hay consumo en el lugar.
Las empleadas tienen una actitud más bien indiferente.
The portions are small for the price and they are getting smaller and smaller.
There is not a good organization, since they do not always attend in the order in which the clients arrive.
The gelatin I tried, although it didn't taste bad, had an unpleasant smell, so maybe they should put an expiration date on some products.
The cakes are good and they have enough variety, although they haven't included anything new in quite some time. The drinks also taste good.
The second floor is disabled, so there is no consumption on site.
The employees have a rather indifferent attitude.
