S	Salvador Covarrubias Ramos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo establecimiento, acudí 15 minutos antes de cerrar por una bebida y negaron el servicio con un "esque cerramos 8 y media" siendo las 8:15 apenas. Aparte de escondido y peligroso no te atienden. Terrible establishment, I went 15 minutes before closing for a drink and they denied the service with a "we closed 8:30" being only 8:15. Apart from being hidden and dangerous, they don't take care of you.

Yo habitualmente pasaba por caouchinos helados ye gusta dulce y solicote le colocaran 2 sobres de sustituto de azucar Cosa q negaron dijeron q no era posible.mientras los preparaban y aun llamando a la 3ncardada m3 lo nego dijo estan inventariados cada so recito ni aun pagandolo q no se podia vender. Les comento prefirieron tirar a la basura los capuchinos y me regresaron mi dinero. Antes q ponerle el sustituto pewdido. Dine q no volverw entonces y les valio madre perder un muy buen cliente frecuente. Unpleasant experience. I usually went to frozen caouchinos and liked it sweet and asked for 2 sachets of sugar substitute. Thing that they denied, they said it was not possible, while they were preparing them and even calling the 3ncardada, they denied it, they said they are inventoried every so recite or even paying it that it could not be sold. I tell them they preferred to throw away the cappuccinos and they gave me my money back. Before you put the substitute lost. Tell them they won't come back then and it was worth losing a very good frequent customer.

Y que fácil solo hacer un reembolso económico, mi familia (incluyendo niños) ya habían comido del producto, me di cuenta muy tarde. Que pésimo servicio y lastimosa experiencia. Solo me queda esperar a que ninguno enfermemos, ya que no creo que alguien vaya a responder por la situación. First time ordering from this branch, and my order arrived with mold! I can't imagine how many of those containers are in the same situation or have already been delivered. And how easy to just make a financial refund, my family (including children) had already eaten the product, I realized very late. What a lousy service and a pitiful experience. I can only hope that none of us get sick, since I don't think someone is going to answer for the situation.
