Hoy tuve una mala experiencia ahí la chica me escucho hablar por teléfono y mencione un pastel en especifico el cual no quería llevar y me lo cobro y facturo siendo que yo ya había pedido otro pastel, me dio el que quiso, excusándose que me escucho mencionarlo en la llamada que estaba haciendo. Por favor, ¿Ustedes creen que este bien eso? Y me tuve que traer a fuerzas el que ella quiso por que no podía cancelar.
