★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saying OK is ok, is too much for the franchise. They serve very mediocre pastries marketed as "nice or fancy wannabes" but they lack quality in all of their products. Perhaps their milkshakes are the only thing worth calling ok, because the rest of their menu offerings fall short and saying they're ok feels like a stretch.
