★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy ricos pasteles, lo malo es la atención ya que mi pedido tardo en llegar 2 horas por problemas con el repartidor principal, creo que deberían de tener la atención de llamar al cliente e informarle cuando estas situaciones se presenten.
 Very delicious cakes, the bad thing is the attention since my order took 2 hours to arrive due to problems with the main delivery man, I think they should have the attention to call the client and inform him when these situations arise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente no fue lo que esperaba. Generalmente OK ofrece un buen servicio. Aún así, recomiendo esta pastelería, pues usualmente es un lugar agradable con Buenos productos. En esta sucursal, es probable que esten estresados por la cantidad de trabajo que tienen. Asi que tengan paciencia si piensan acudir.
Customer service was not what I expected. Generally OK offers a good service. Still, I recommend this patisserie, as it is usually a nice place with good products. At this branch, they are likely to be stressed from the amount of work they have. So be patient if you plan to go.
