The girl I made an appointment with was 15 minutes late, they don't wash your hair. I didn't like that because the combs already disgusted me. Later, on these dates in January, I scheduled a color service with time along with another promotion of cuts for relatives with the same stylist, when I arrived in January they told me that the lady who attended me before was no longer going to continue working with them, at which I was open to trying the service of another lady in the same place and they told me that they respected the quote that they had already made me, I reschedule it and I show up that day and the same day I am present they tell me that they cannot assist me because they do not have personal that day, please go the next day, I told them that due to schedules my relatives have to go the same day as me and they tell me that everything can be rescheduled for the next day respecting the 2x1 promo. Annoyed by that change but still tolerant I accept it and go the next day and being there they tell me that my previous quote cannot always be respected and it would raise almost double the price, being there already ready for the service, they offered me that the thousand apologies but the price was not respected so I decided to cancel everything including the cuts of my relatives. Since they never told me before or asked me to make another quote and I still had communication weeks before and even a day before I went and they left me standing up, and the mere day they change everything because a thousand excuses that are no longer my responsibility because I was scheduling with time and still wanting to continue being a client but after this I will not go back or recommend it.
