If I could I would give it zero stars, terrible service, an insect came out in the food, very bad customer treatment, bad hygiene, do not eat here ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan demasiado en atenderte casi 1hr esperando y la señorita que atiende muy grosera y aparte de mal custo no son higiénicos en cocina ya que salen insectos de la comida y ni hablar contigo quieren
They take too long to attend you, almost 1 hour waiting and the lady who attends very rude and apart from bad custody, they are not hygienic in the kitchen since insects come out of the food and they don't want to talk to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se equivocaron con mi pedido en dos bolas de arroz, cuando fuí a que me cambiaran una de ellas nomas le echaron el ingrediente arriba y me la regresaron sin prepararla bien. (Siguió sin ser lo que pedí desde la primera vez)
Lo menos que esperaba después de esperar tanto tiempo es recibir el pedido bien.
They made a mistake with my order in two rice balls, when I went to have one of them changed, they just threw the ingredient on top and they returned it to me without preparing it well. (It still wasn't what I asked for from the first time)
The least I expected after waiting so long is to receive the order well.

Creo que no tienen una buena idea de manejar un restaurante. Igual la chica que atiende es muy mala en servicio al cliente. Deben mejorar sus procesos.
Es rica la comida pero por dos rollos hay que esperar 45min. Hay más opciones en restaurante
SUPER SLOW the service in the dining room. Even though you are the only customer!
I don't think they have a good idea of running a restaurant. Maybe the girl who attends is very bad at customer service. They must improve their processes.
The food is delicious but for two rolls you have to wait 45min. There are more options in restaurant

It is my favorite sushi, I have been a customer of the other branch for years and now I live in the Reliz area so this is now closer to me and all super good of the best in sushi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabor decente pero muy mal servicio, cancelan pedidos de Uber Eats por falta de ingredientes, voy a pedido directo en sucursal y tardan 45 minutos en entregar a pesar que solo había una mesa ocupada, no preguntan que salsa quieres y te ponen de las que sea, aparte de que no están buenas. No lo recomiendo.
Decent taste but very bad service, they cancel Uber Eats orders due to lack of ingredients, I order direct at the branch and it takes 45 minutes to deliver even though there was only one table occupied, they don't ask what sauce you want and they give you whatever sauce , apart from the fact that they are not good. I do not recommend it.
