★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio definitivamente tienen que meter más personal ya que solo 2 personas no pueden con la carga de trabajo que demanda la zona y por tal motivo los platillos que se sirven carecen de todo, sabor, preparación, porciones etc. etc. y aparte te dicen de 25 a 30 minutos esta listo su pedido lo realice ala 1pm llegue 1:30pm salí de ahí 2:20pm eso fue una burla definitivamente mal servicio
 Lousy service they definitely have to add more staff since only 2 people cannot handle the workload that the area demands and for this reason the dishes that are served lack everything, flavor, preparation, portions, etc. etc. and besides they tell you from 25 to 30 minutes your order is ready I made it at 1pm I arrived at 1:30pm I left there at 2:20pm that was a mockery definitely bad service

I ORDERED A COMPLETE MEAL AND A SUSHI AT 7:20 PM AND AT 7:44 PM I ARRIVED INCOMPLETE WITHOUT DRINKS, THE RUDE DELIVERY MAN SENT THAT AND THERE WAS NO MORE IF WE WANTED, IF NOT WE TALK TO THE STORE, I TALK TO THE BRANCH AND YES MANANDAN AND HIS CHALLENGING WORDS WHEN I TOLD HIM IF ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF WERE ARRE WELL... AWFUL SERVICE FOR THE AREA SUPERVISORS MORE ATTENTION THE FOOD YOU OFFER IS GOOD WHAT GIVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED IS THE ATTENTION OF YOUR EMPLOYEES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue y pedi para llevar y tarde 40 minutos en tener mi orden. El arroz tenía un olor extraño y el sushi empanizado tenía un sabor como a humedad. El té que dan con el paquete para llevar me encantó.
I arrived and ordered to go and it took 40 minutes to get my order. The rice had a strange smell and the breaded sushi tasted musty. I loved the tea that they give with the take away package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okuma decae y sigue decayendo. Estoy de acuerdo que suban los precios en sus productos por inflación, pero este tamaño de arroz es una grosería comparado al pasado, el sabor, ESPANTOSO. Palillos ya no dan. Me dijeron 20-25 min para recoger, me tardé 40 min y aún no estaba listo. Le doy estrellas solo porque aquí tienen a su wey que sigue comprando ahí, pero con esto difícilmente regreso.
Okuma declines and continues to decline. I agree that the prices of their products rise due to inflation, but this size of rice is rude compared to the past, the taste, AWFUL. Chopsticks no longer give. They told me 20-25 min to pick up, it took me 40 min and it still wasn't ready. I give it stars only because here they have their guy who keeps buying there, but with this I hardly return.
