I ordered through Uber Eats: a breaded chicken sushi ($124 pesos) and a Yaa! yakimeshi ($112 pesos) Total: $236 pesos I called to ask if they had Yakimeshi without beef because today is vigil, and they told me yes, today they prepare it without beef. FAKE! I confidently placed my order and when it was time to eat it I found the beef. They lie to their customers just to sell more. In addition, for three orders the sushi has been sticky inside, as if it had been wet, I thought it was a one-time thing because it happens to anyone and they often order and everything was fine, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it was not like that, it is getting more and more watery inside, which makes me very sick, it seems as if the rice was overcooked or was already several days old and they wet it to reheat it, literally, you can hardly see the grains of rice, It looks like putty, like glue. And the chicken, horrible. The worst pieces of the chicken, there was a piece that looked like skin. The curious thing is that these things only happen at home, I feel that they take advantage because it is not so easy to return the plate if they serve you something bad or that you did not ask for. They send the worst for takeout orders, and since it is delivered by a delivery person who is not from the restaurant but from an application, you cannot claim them. Besides, it is quite expensive. We are supposed to pay for quality. And then you try to contact them through the app or their number and they no longer respond. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Very good service, I have been here several times and the customer service has been consistent, this last time I went for takeout and the preparation and waiting time was very adequate as well as the treatment I received during this wait. The food is delicious, it's not a must and it's a good place to come with family, friends or even for takeout.
