La atención por parte de todo el personal fue excelente. ?
El taco de chile güero, delicioso. Si no has probado los escamoles ¡es tu momento! Disfrútalos en taquitos acompañados de un guacamole cítrico. La sopa de tuétano pfff de lo mejor, el sabor de cada ingrediente está presente y resulta una combinación de sabores y olores que te dejarán sin palabras. El Wellington está de otro mundo, en capas: pasta hojaldrada, champiñones, crepa, carne, obviamente acompañado de verduritas. La sopa de jitomate con pollo y piedra es un plato originario de México, la piedra está hirviendo y eso hace que cuando sirvan el caldillo este se caliente tanto que termine de cocer el pollo de la sopa.

The güero chile taco, delicious. If you haven't tried escamoles, now is your time! Enjoy them in taquitos accompanied by a citrus guacamole. The marrow soup pfff of the best, the flavor of each ingredient is present and it is a combination of flavors and smells that will leave you speechless. Wellington is from another world, in layers: puff pastry, mushrooms, crepe, meat, obviously accompanied by vegetables. The tomato soup with chicken and stone is a dish originally from Mexico, the stone is boiling and that makes it so hot when the caldillo is served that the chicken in the soup finishes cooking.
