★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, atención limpieza, me agrado mucho que me recibieran con una taza de té y agua para mi esposa, lo único malo de mi viaje fue el transporte de translado del aeropuerto al hotel que se tardo en llegar para llevarme a el hotel pero se que así es por cuestión del transporte y rápido me resolvieron, pero el servicio y seguimiento que me dio carlos fue muy grato sin duda volveré a viajar con ustedes! Además me dio mucha confianza pagar en efectivo por qué agendaron una cita solo para mi. Y muchas gracias por la sugerencia, el hotel fue un encanto y a un muy buen precio, mil gracias !
Very good service, cleaning attention, I really liked that they received me with a cup of tea and water for my wife, the only bad thing about my trip was the transfer transport from the airport to the hotel that took a while to take me to the hotel but I know that this is the case due to transportation and they solved it quickly, but the service and follow-up that Carlos gave me was very pleasant, without a doubt I will travel with you again! It also gave me a lot of confidence to pay in cash because they scheduled an appointment just for me.
