Great place that provided us with bikes at a reasonable rate (150 pesos, per bike, per day). Staff was very nice and helpful, too! Also good to note is that - although fortunately we didn’t need it - they provide roadside assistance between 10:00 and 17:00.

Great option for renting bikes - it is a bit cheaper than in other places. The bikes are in good condition. We rented bikes from there twice. The first time, my bike was slower and more difficult to navigate than what I am used to but the second time I rented a bike from there, the bike was much better. Maybe a good tip is to try the bike first before you take off with it. The staff takes a bit of time to explain you how a bike works - you just have to have some patience. But the second time around, we just told them we were already informed so they skipped the explanation part. Otherwise, they are super friendly and gave us some tips on how to get to one of the cenotes. One of the friendly employees was Marilyn - a really great guy. There is a deposit of 500 pesos and you need to leave your ID. They also accept credit/debit cards. You can easily go to the hotel zone (20-25 min from Ola bike) and to the closest cenotes. The bikes were definitely a life saver in the hot weather.

Really well priced, easy to book online and Victor who helped us with collecting our bikes was fantastic. Highly recommend and we will be booking again!

My boyfriend and I visited Tulum and rented cruiser bikes from Ola for 5 days. They were very friendly, professional, and had a great system in place for maintenance if need be. Around USD $5/day to rent gave us good exercise and was more reasonable than peak tourist season taxi prices The bikes were perfect for getting to and from beaches, cenotes, and more.

The best rental company in Tulum, the bikes are really good and in good condition, unparalleled service, the super attentive guys and they solve any doubt you have. They explain everything you need to know about renting and the recommendations you should follow to fully enjoy your vacation in Tulum, highly recommended. We spent 5 days in Tulum and used Ola Bikes rental for our transportation. We stayed just outside of the town center, a few miles from the beach and enjoyed biking everywhere from the lodging to grocery store to dinner and shopping, as well as to the beach and hotel zone. They delivered our bikes to us at the hotel at a scheduled time and picked them up when we were checking out. Great service and easy communications via messaging on Whats App.

Definitely the best bike rental in Tulum. I visited a few to compare prices and everything and these guys are absolutely the best ones. Bikes are in great condition, they are super friendly and give all kind of recommendations, they offer emergency rescue service in case something fails with the bike, I mean just the best service in Tulum. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice experience with Ola Bike. At first we were a bit skeptical after reading the reviews and that you have to deposit 500 pesos + ID (driving license was fine) or 1000 pesos without ID. But in the end everything went well, picking up the bike went a bit slow because the girl had to explain everything that was in the contract. For instance, when the bike is stolen that you have to pay 160 USD. Returning the bikes went very smooth, they immediately gave us our deposit and IDs back. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Ola Bike
