★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio! En el teléfono si contestan y dan un número de folio para realizar los estudios, entren a la página del los laboratorios ahí está la opción de pedir información vía WhatsApp, brindan una excelente atención .

No envían resultados el día que marcan en tu comprobante ni respetan los tiempos que ellos mismos te dan. llamas para pedir información y solo te dicen que esta fuera de sus manos, para facturar te dicen que su sitio está en mantenimiento y creen que con disculpas basta. Nefasto servicio!!
Terrible response times!
They do not send results on the day they mark on your receipt, nor do they respect the times they themselves give you. You call to ask for information and they only tell you that it is out of their hands, to bill you they tell you that their site is under maintenance and they believe that apologies are enough. Terrible service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es tardadisimo el servicio que brindan, las personas que capturan los datos se tardan más 20 min con una persona, tengo 1 hora esperando poder pasar y había 4 turnos delante de mi. Realmente deberían agilizar el servicio el laboratorio esta lleno y sus empleados son muy lentos...

Lleve un cupón de descuento y no lo hizo válido por qué no sabía de qué le hablaba ....

En serio es desagradable que una empresa tan grande. Ponga gente tan poco eficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la verdad jamás imaginé que una supuesta cadena de mejores laboratorios brinde un muy mal servicio, ya que al tratar de hacer una cita en cualquier opción que elijamos solo suena el y no contestan y hasta suelen colgar sin si quiera responder, y cuando vas al laboratorio no respetan el horario de cita, y los resultados no te los dan en el momento que te dijeron, han pasado 2 días y no tengo mis resultados.
Les recomiendo que utilicen otras opciones de laboratorio, espero que les ayude ya yo lamentablemente tuve que pasar esta mala experiencia.

Terrible service, the truth is that I never imagined that a supposed chain of better laboratories provides a very bad service, since when trying to make an appointment in any option that we choose, only the phone rings and they do not answer and they even hang up without even answering, and when you go to the lab they don't respect the appointment time, and they don't give you the results at the time they told you, it's been 2 days and I don't have my results.
I recommend that you use other laboratory options, I hope it helps you and unfortunately I had to go through this bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal pequeña, cuenta con las normas de higiene y seguridad en la entrada principal, vigilancia todo el tiempo dentro de sucursal, sanitarios limpios, atención buena sin llegar a la excelencia y el servicio técnico profesional. Los precios son competitivos con otros Laboratorios, cuenta con estacionamiento amplio ya que se encuentra dentro de una plaza comercial.
It is a small branch, it has hygiene and safety standards at the main entrance, surveillance all the time inside the branch, clean toilets, good care without reaching excellence and professional technical service. The prices are competitive with other Laboratories, it has ample parking since it is located within a commercial plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad he ido 2 veces a hacerme la prueba de Covid (afortunadamente he salido negativo) pero veo que es rápido, o he tenido suerte, la verdad entre pasar a pagar a caja, hacerme la prueba y recibir mi resultado solo he esperado 1 hora. Yo vivo en California USA, tenía una idea de que aquí en México es super tardado y realmente en mi experiencia en México ha sido diferente. Hasta ahorita el servicio de todos los que trabajan ahí y el tiempo ha sido bueno lo recomiendo mucho?
