★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal está poco capacitado, tardan demasiado en hacer las solicitudes, la sucursal está llena y hay sólo una persona o dos que realizan las solicitudes. Sin duda requieren otra logística y administración que mejore las condiciones ya que incluso el personal es muy grosero.
 The staff is poorly trained, they take too long to make requests, the branch is full and there is only one person or two making requests. They certainly require other logistics and administration to improve conditions as even the staff is very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper impuntuales, te realizan los estudios 3 horas después de tu cita. No tiene caso realizarla. La línea de atención es muy mala, te transfieren mil veces. No lo recomiendo para nada.
Super unpunctual, they do the studies 3 hours after your appointment. There is no point in doing it. The hotline is very bad, they transfer you a thousand times. I don't recommend it at all.

Luego en ventanilla igual poco amables, no dan bien la información, se desesperan si uno no entiende a la primera o si uno hace preguntas. Lo único que les interesa es cobrar y que pase el siguiente. Se creen de primera por cobrar caro, pero se olvidan que se deben al cliente
Terrible service. First the guard, nothing friendly and sharp to give information. Then at the window they are still unkind, they don't give the information well, they get desperate if you don't understand at first or if you ask questions. The only thing that interests them is to collect and that the next one happens. They think they are first to charge expensive, but they forget that they are due to the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es horrible , te hacen esperar muchísimo y no tiene. Una organización adecuada, aún que tengas cita te tardan mucho.
Citan media hora antes de tu horario, para que te atiendan 2 hrs. Después. No es nada barato y el servicio da mucho que desear.
It's horrible, they make you wait a lot and you don't have it. An adequate organization, even if you have an appointment, they take a long time.
They quote half an hour before your schedule, so that they attend you 2 hrs. Later. It's not cheap at all and the service leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dijeron que el disco de la tomografia lo entregaban el mismo dia y los resultados un dia despues, cuando hable x telefono y resulto que no. Tanto el disco, placas e imagenes lo entregan hasta un dia despues. Me hubiera convenido mas ir cerca de mi casa a un salud digna, en ese caso. Muy brusco el tecnico radiologo para administrar el contraste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio. Pésima mi experiencia en sus servicios. Lentos, no tienen un buen control en el manejo de sus citas. El día de mi cita me hicieron esperar 1 hora y media y no me realizaron mi estudio porque no había quien lo hiciera, nadie dio la cara. Y en el espacio tan pequeño tienen a todos juntos con los de covid.
Bad service. My experience in your services is very bad. Slow, they do not have good control in managing their appointments. On the day of my appointment they made me wait 1 hour and a half and they did not do my study because there was no one to do it, nobody showed their faces. And in such a small space they have everyone together with the covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué 9:30am (media hora antes), mis estudios se supone eran a las 10:00am, son 10:15 y ni siquiera he pasado a pagar.
Te hacen formarte desde afuera para que te den turno aunque vengas con cita. Además pasan más rápido los que no traen cita que los que ya tenemos cita. (Han pasado por lo menos 10/12 personas que no tenían cita antes que yo )
Pésima logística, NO VENGAN.
Pd: el estacionamiento es para 3 carros… obviamente es difícil encontrar lugar y hay mucha gente afuera sin sana distancia.
