★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de atención a los clientes , pedí de favor que si me podían entregar mis resultados a la hora indicada y me dijeron que sin problema al otro día me tardaron una hora para entregar los resultados , les dice uno el motivo por cual urgen y les vale te tratan de lo más indiferente y no te dan solución
 Lack of attention to clients, I asked if they could give me my results at the indicated time and they told me that without a problem the next day it took me an hour to deliver the results, one tells them the reason why they are urgent and it's okay they treat you indifferently and do not give you a solution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion es buena, no es un gran lugar y las citas x call center vía whatsapp no es muy eficiente ya que luego no agendan tu cita y hay que reagendar
The attention is good, it is not a great place and the appointments x call center via whatsapp is not very efficient since then they do not schedule your appointment and you have to reschedule

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal, te puedes pasar una hora pagando y otra hora en que te tomen una muestra se sangre, era mucho más rápido hace unos años.
Too bad, you can spend an hour paying and another hour in which they take a blood sample, it was much faster a few years ago.

Pésimo servicio, mi suegra fue por unos rayos x y le rompieron la orden sin haberla pasado al que le Hiba a hacer el estudio y ya no supieron que estudio le iban a hacer y la reagendaron hasta dentro de 15 días, a mi suegra le urgen los estudios y es hasta que ellos quieren

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, dan cita para tomografía y el mero día cancelan por que el equipo está descompuesto. Estamos descartando cáncer para que a la mera hora te cancelen, piden acompañante y no puedes pasar te dejen en el estacionamiento.... Un servicio nefasto
Terrible service, they make an appointment for a tomography and the very day they cancel because the equipment is broken. We are ruling out cancer so that at the mere hour they cancel you, they ask for a companion and you cannot pass, they leave you in the parking lot.... A disastrous service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vía telefonía me dieron una información y un costo por el estudio y cuando llegue a la sucursal me dieron un costo totalmente diferente, desde la sucursal llame nuevamente para confirmar el estudio y la señorita que me atendió aun escuchando el costo que me daban vía telefonía me dijo que ella no podía hacer nada y tuve que pagar 4 extras. Eso es lo único que no me gustó, de ahí en fuera todo bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altamente incompetentes. Falta de empatía total por los clientes/pacientes. Lo sorprendente es pagar para que te traten mal después de 1 hora solo para atender 3 turnos. La gerencia simplemente una figura decorativa.
