Incredibly easy experience! My fiancée and I needed rapid COVID tests for our flight back to the States, and initially trying to find a place to get this done was incredibly overwhelming given the number of lab or pharmacy locations, the language barrier, and no consolidated place to find all of the location options. However, we eventually found this place since it Aeromexico and Delta partner with them and as such, they rose to the top of our Google search. We weren’t taking either airline for our trip back, but that partnership put my mind to ease a bit and I immediately trusted this service more. We saw the decent reviews along with the convenient location and trusted it even more. We walked through the doors at about 7:50am and were greeted by a security guard who directed us to take a numbered ticket for our wait. We sat down and since there was only one person ahead of us, our number was called in about 2-3 minutes. While the lady who took our information didn’t speak English, she provided us with a sample registration card that explained the information that was needed in English, which made it really easy to fill in the required basic info. She told us we would receive our results via email in 30 minutes. After we handed in our information, we sat back down and maybe waited 1 minute before the nurse called us to a room to conduct our nasal swabs. After that, we were finished, walked out, and the entire experience maybe took a little under 15 minutes. And as promised we received our test results in our email inboxes almost exactly 30 minutes later. Really couldn’t have asked for a better experience and was pleasantly surprised how easy the entire experience was. Oh, and it was only ~$28 USD each!

We came here early morning 5 minutes before it opened for our PCR test. Total waiting and testing time was 40 minutes with 5 people ahead of us. Testing was quick and easy. The receptionists spoke clear English and were very friendly and helpful.

Got a rapid antigen test for Covid. Took about 40 minutes Total time in and out. There was someone there today that spoke English, But even without that you should Be able to communicate enough with them to get the test. Cost was $719 Mexican pesos(about 36$), I couldn't get anyone on the line that spoke enough English with AeroMexico to get the discount. So we just paid the $719. Also the adress had our uber drop us off on the side, just go around the corner and the entrance was there. Results were up on website about 90 minutes after we left. Fast, good service, got my results. We're good to go.

We did Covid antigen test, it cost about $30, and they sent the results in our email in about 30 minutes. We had to wait for about 3 hours in line though!!! We got there at 1 pm and only left at 4:30pm. We recommend getting there early

Super easy getting a Covid test before traveling to the US. Did not need an appointment. Got here 15 min before they opened and there was already a guy waiting. If you’re in a hurry best to come as soon as possible.

Wow, that was fast. Arrived at 8am, took a number called to front desk at 8:10 am. Completed paperwork and waited 5 minutes to be called for testing. All done by 8:30 am. I said I would wait for a paper copy of my results. At 8:55am, I collected a paper copy and was out the door. Also, only $579 pesos (antigen test). It's much cheaper than other places.

Arrived at noon and they told us wait was about an hour and a half, ended up being over three hours. Their queue system required sticking around as to not miss your spot (standing on a sidewalk waiting). Turned out they only had capacity for testing one person at a time. Also never emailed our results (but you’re able to independently look them up on the website). I’d recommend going right when they open otherwise you’re likely to wait for a long time.

We needed tests done to go back to the states , so we checked this place out for our tests. We arrived at 1:30 and were in and out in 45 minutes. There was no appointment needed, the staff were friendly, and it was an easy process. We received our results in 30 minutes via email. We took the antigen rapid test since PCR takes more than 24 hours for results and it was about $28. 10/10 would recommend.
