★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leí muchas calificaciones negativas y honestamente no quería llevar a mi familiar a hacerse la resonancia magnética pero solo aquí me la podían hacer con sentido de urgencia, en otros laboratorios la cita se extendía hasta 3 semanas después.
Apartamos previa cita vía call Center y nos dieron horario de las 16:00 y sin problemas. Todo perfecto, excelente valet parking, silla de ruedas, atención idónea.
Excelente servicio ó tal vez túvimos suerte pero no creo más bien fue excelente todo.
 I read many negative ratings and honestly I did not want to take my family member to have an MRI but only here could they do it with a sense of urgency, in other laboratories the appointment lasted up to 3 weeks later.
We set aside by appointment via call center and they gave us a schedule of 4:00 p.m. and without problems. Everything perfect, excellent valet parking, wheelchair, ideal attention.
Excellent service or maybe we were lucky but I don't think rather everything was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un laboratorio que cuenta con la mayoría de los estudios que manejan en la página web. El espacio se encuentra bien ubicado, los precios son accesibles y los tiempos de espera son aceptables. Lo ideal es tramitar membresías para obtener descuentos en los estudios.
It is a laboratory that has most of the studies they handle on the website. The space is well located, prices are affordable and waiting times are acceptable. The ideal is to process memberships to obtain discounts in the studies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención en el lugar. Muy mala atención de Olab por teléfono. No se escucha por la PESIMA calidad de audio. No te dicen si los resultados ya están listos, sólo te transfieren y te dejan en espera.
Good service on the spot. Very bad attention from Olab by phone. It is not heard due to the AWFUL audio quality. They don't tell you if the results are ready, they just transfer you and put you on hold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, no respetan el horario de las citas para los estudios. Acudí a una RM con cita previa y tuve que esperar más de una hora para ser atendido. Terrible la capacidad gerencial para dar solución a situaciones comunes, nula actitud de servicio al cliente por parte de la gerente. Mala organización, no hay comunicación recepción-radiologo- gerencia. Al no respetar los horarios de las citas se empalman pacientes se aglomera la sala de espera.
AWFUL SERVICE, they do not respect the schedule of the appointments for the studies. I went to an MRI by appointment and had to wait more than an hour to be seen. Terrible managerial ability to solve common situations, no attitude of customer service by the manager. Bad organization, there is no reception-radiologist-management communication. By not respecting the schedules of the appointments, patients are spliced, the waiting room is crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Por radiografías de mi familiar de 3a edad y en silla de ruedas, solicité me enviaran la interpretación a mi correo -e. Quedaron de enviarlas 2 días después. Tuve que llamar porque nunca pude descargar los datos de la página de olab, quedaron de enviarlos, cosa que.nunca sucedió. Nueve días después pude venir y después de una espera larga y disgustos con el personal me dan la interpretación a medias, eran ,2 estudios; tuve que esperar 1 hr para que me dieran la interpretación completa después de reclamos hasta con la gerente de la sucursal. Muy mal servicio. Acudiré a otros laboratorios en lo sucesivo.
Terrible service. Due to x-rays of my elderly family member in a wheelchair, I requested that the interpretation be sent to my e-mail. They were to send them 2 days later. I had to call because I could never download the data from the olab page, they had to send it, which never happened. Nine days later I was able to come and after a long wait and disagreements with the staff they gave me half an interpretation, it was 0.2 studies; I had to wait 1 hour for them to give me the full interpretation after making claims to the branch manager. Very bad service. I will go to other laboratories in the future.
