fuyez j'ai réserver sur Airbnb sur une semaine de location j'ai eu qu'une seul journée de l'eau chaude impossible limite de les joindre franchement je n'ai pas était satisfaite du tout

Je déconseille cette agence j'ai louer un appartement chez eux part Airbnb qui était pourtant bien noté avec beaucoup d'avis donc j'ai fait confiance et réserver cette appartement pour une semaine. Arriver au logement la clef et a récupérer dans un box tu vois personnes tu rentre et la tu dis wouaaa!!! comme sur les photos appartement propre grand ext… arrive au deuxième jour tu rentre de la plage et puis la pas d'eau chaude!!! du coup je leur envoie un mess part airbnb car je n'ai aucun autre moyen de les contacter bref il me répond une personne passe le lendemain et bricole pour me réparer l'eau chaude. arrive le surlendemain et la paff plus d'eau chaude et encore mieux plus de gaz je ne peu même plus me faire chauffer a manger donc je renvois des message sur airbnb un gars repasse et m'explique tout simplement qu'il y a plus de gaz dans l'appartement finalement il ma laisser les clefs d'un autre appartement pour aller me doucher enfin du grand n'importe quoi!!!! finalement personne viendra recharger le gaz et la jusqu'à la fin des vacances personne et repasser du coup je déconseille vraiment tu n'arrive a joindre personne

Finger weg! 1 Woche nur Kalt-, bzw. teilweise gar kein Wasser. Bei Anfragen dauert die Antwort 2-3 Tage. Taxi bestellt, zugesagt, nicht gekommen. Reinigung bestellt, zugesagt, nicht gekommen. Fliesenboden aufgebrochen. Möbel alt ungepflegt undabgenutzt. Absolut mieses Appartement.

We rented one of the houses from Tao Mexico in Airbnb ( unit B4). Somehow it had every good reviews but it is the worst experience we have ever had. Very expensive for what it is and you can’t enjoy beach. The house was poorly equipped, mattresses and wardrobes had bed bugs so we had to move out in the first week of our holidays. The host Luis didn’t want to deal with the problem , didn’t answer phone and didn’t care. we could refund the money for the days left through Airbnb. You can access the shore but it is full of rocks, you need to walk 15 min to be able to enter the sea in front of nearby hotels ( however they don’t let you seat in front of the hotels’ sun beds). Choose something better to stay if you want to have holidays in the beach. Residents can only use beach club pool which is full of kids and looks dirty.

TAO Oceanside Unit F5 Location great and restaurant across the street is great. Very unsatisfied with home and lack of communication and the misrepresentation of amenities included. Not sure where to start? We are 20yr veterans of Tulum and Akumal and know things like hot water and internet are sometimes in and out. The not so good is a long list, especially for the huge costs of this rental. There are too many good options for nearly $1200 for 4 nights. There was no hot water at all the entire stay. There was no queen bed in 2nd bedroom as stated so the couple we were with had to sleep seperate. The washing machine did not work. We packed light carry-on since there was supposed to be laundry. The dishwasher did not work and no hot or even warm water to wash dishes. Hot tub did not work. All of this was reported AM day 2 and no response from management for 2 days. Then they respond after 3rd message with a message contact at 11am the following day and said please leave a key for maintenance. Well hard to do when we already left for the days activities at 10am. We were long gone enjoying vacation. The safe did not work. Several doors/windows did not lock. The couch was trashed and was peeling and shedding all over. Unuseable and gross. No fitness center as stated. No adult pool as stated. Beach club beach is almost unusable and all rocks. No beach towels. 1 washcloth per bathroom. All TVs said no signal. Kids lower bunk bed smelled like urine. I would also barely call this unit an "oceanview". If you went up to the top balcony and stood on your tiptoes in the corner you can see water. I hate to leave a bad review. However, no help from management, or any sort of partial credit offered, no response for 2 days during stay is simply unacceptable. Once you pay and check in you will get no help or property information.
