★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De lo peor! Se negaron a hacerme traspaso d fondo d pensión yo investigué y uno de mis compañeros lo hizo pero a mí la asesora se la pasaba dieciendome q no se podía y no lo quiso hacer. Me pidió q depositara 30k más para poder hacer depósitos d 1500, siendo q ya tenía 80k. Siempre con una pésima actitud y no daba información clara. Terminé cancelando la cta y obvio el SAT me cobró. Terminé perdiendo 20k xq no me hicieron el traspaso. Cero recomendable!
Of the worst! They refused to transfer the pension fund to me. I investigated and one of my colleagues did it, but the advisor kept telling me that it couldn't be done and she didn't want to do it. He asked me to deposit 30k more to be able to make deposits of 1500, since I already had 80k. Always with a terrible attitude and did not give clear information. I ended up canceling the account and obviously the SAT charged me. I ended up losing 20k because they didn't transfer me. Zero recommended!
