Muy amables, rápidos y apoyan para el préstamo de concentradores de oxigeno, en estos momentos de contingencia para nuestros familiares de la tercera edad.
Te piden documentos todos en copia: carta del especialista médico con descripción clinica del estado del paciente e indicaciones para el uso del concentrador, comprobante de domicilio, INE del paciente, prueba covid y curp.
Se requiere firmar una responsiva y una carta compromiso para el cuidado del equipo.
El mismo día un médico asignado por ellos va a casa y da capacitación para el manejo del equipo. Además de que dará seguimiento al paciente semanalmente.
Así hasta uno paga sus impuestos con gusto caray.
Aplauso ? desde el vigilante hasta quien procesa la solicitad, dan un trato humano y rápido. Se agradece.
