Hicieron que diera mi enganche y placas por mas 90mil pesos y resulta que el crédito jamas estuvo autorizado fue error de ellos y su supuesta solucion era que diera 200mil de enganche y mi devolucion tardara mas de 40 dias
Terrible service

+ Antes de comprar el vehiculo (jul-ago'21): muy buena atención y seguimiento en el proceso de compra del carro
+ Durante la compra (ago'21): soluciones para comprar el vehiculo y buen seguimiento.
+ Despué de la compra del vehiculo (sep-dic'21): total cambio de la buena atención, indisponibilidad del asesor, falta de respuestas.
+ Vehiculo a siniestro (dic'21): 24-dic tengo un leve choque y lo llevo a valoración (28 al 31-dic).
+ Espera de refacciones (1-ene al 1-feb): demsiado tiempo para tener conseguir la refacciones, nula comunicación del personal y muy mala atención (tengo que estar hablando por que si no no se informa nada).
+ Entrada a mantenimiento (2-feb): espero mejore la atención en esta parte.
En resumen, no he tenido una buena experiencia, y me parece poco ético tener un servicio de 10 antes/durante la venta, y postventa totalmente diferente.
Por eso le pongo 1 estrella.
My experience
+ Before buying the vehicle (Jul-Ago'21): Very good care and follow-up in the shopping process of the car
+ During purchase (Aug'21): Solutions to buy the vehicle and good follow-up.
+ After the purchase of the vehicle (SEP-DIC'21): Total change of good care, unavailability of the adviser, lack of answers.
+ Vehicle to sinister (DIC'21): 24-Dec I have a slight shock and take it to assessment (28 to 31-Dec).
+ Getting spare parts (1-Jan to 1-Feb): Omission time to get the spare parts, no communication from the staff and very bad attention (I have to be talking about why if nothing is informed).
+ Entrance to Maintenance (2-Feb): I hope Improve the attention in this part.
In summary, I have not had a good experience, and it seems unethical to have a service of 10 before / during the sale, and after-sales totally different.
That's why I put 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, el único inconveniente es que me sorprende que no tengan alguna pequeña área de espera para que los clientes esperen por la atención, claro... Con las debidas medidas de prevención más sin embargo no es así. El detalle aquí fue que nunca me ofrecieron ingresar al área de espera, si pedí usar el baño y al entrar al área que comenta no había dichos asientos. Se puede constatar en una de las fotos donde la puerta de cristal dice salida en rojo.
The service is good, the only drawback is that I am surprised that they do not have some small waiting area for customers to wait for care, of course ... With the proper preventive measures, however, it is not like that. The detail here was that they never offered me to enter the waiting area, if I asked to use the bathroom and when entering the area that comments there were no such seats. It can be seen in one of the photos where the glass door says exit in red.
