A super nice place. The oils are delicious. I highly recommend doing the olive oil tasting, you will discover and learn the richness of the oils. They also sell wines brought from other countries.

バルサミコスは、18年物（甘くフルーティー女性的）25年物（刺激的なスパイシーな男性的）な味わい。
Olive oil, balsamico etc are very abundant and can taste.
There is no doubt that an original dressing can be made.
Balsamic is an 18 year old (sweet, fruity, feminine) 25 year (exciting spicy masculine) taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita obligada en San Miguel de Allende. El tour de degustación es muy bueno y completamente gratis. Te dan a probar cualquier el aceite de oliva o balsámico que gustes y te explican el proceso de creación del mismo.
Mis favoritos fueron el balsámico de fresa y el de menta con hierbabuena (perfecto para mojitos).
Compré una caja de regalo que tenía tres aceites y tres balsámicos de distintos sabores. Recomiendo hacer lo mismo en lugar de comprar solamente una botella grande.
Lo único que les falta es una persona más carismática para dar el tour :P
Must visit in San Miguel de Allende. The tasting tour is very good and completely free. They give you to try any olive or balsamic oil you like and explain the process of creating it.
My favorites were the strawberry balsamic and the mint with mint (perfect for mojitos).
I bought a gift box that had three oils and three balsamics of different flavors. I recommend doing the same instead of just buying a large bottle.
The only thing missing is a more charismatic person to give the tour: P
