Olive Garden Constituyentes - 76040 Santiago de Querétaro

Nice place. Good service but the food had no flavor. Ordeed lasagna and fettuccine. Very bland.

This place is unique because of their soups and dishes, of course it is a good one when you ask for a desert, please consider it is not cheap, however you might have a good taste of mouth.

This is probably the worst "restaurant" i visited in my life! The waiters and other staff are simply braindead. There were plenty of empty tables but we still had to wait a good 10 minutes before someone wanted to assign us a seat. Then we had to wait another half hour before someone came over to order the drinks. Then the guy forgot it 2 times so we had to tell him again wich took another 10 minutes. Then the bar gave him something that doesn't taste anything like lemonade but more like industrial cleaning soap. Then he brought over a "new" lemonade in the same glass after we told them this. Ofcourse it only tasted even worse. After which we told the manager, then the manager brought us another one which was exaclty the same again (surprise). So they finally brought us a water instead after telling them the first time to just give us a water instead... At the price of the lemonade ofcourse. 4 !! times, a different waiter came over with food that we never ordered... since our waiter hadn't even taken our order. Let's not talk about the horribly bland plate of 'chicken parmesan' you get with a about 50 grams of chicken and 100 grams of spaghetti with some acid tomato sauce poured over it for 190 pesos. Also outside on the terrace there's no windshields protecting you from the draft the building creates which makes you feel you're on a sailboat at sea. Nobody has a clue of what they're doing, theres no communication between the staff (the waiters don't even know which tables are in their area...) It's a great place if you want the worst service you'll ever experience and pay a LOT for it.

Nice place, a little crowded. Service is regular. Food is tasty. What I love the most is unlimited amounts for salads, soups and soft drinks. If you are looking for Italian food, this is a good choice. It's not cheap at all, tho.

Great food

Stunning outdoor views and good sangria-type drinks start at 75 pesos. OG is noted for "illimitados" unlimited soups and/or salad - here from 75 p - both are129 p. Any entree also comes w one unlimited. As we were about to move inside due to TV volume, the waitress obligingly muted the TV and turned up the George Cohen songs. If you choose an entre, stick to the pastas and/chicken and ask if it is "Pica?" There WILL be heat. "No mucho" means hotter than you would think. Do skip the steak and be prepared for quite a jaunt to one of the center's own restrooms. We'll return for the view and illimitados soups and salad for sure!

I hadn't been in one since I moved from the states, which is many moons ago. And it is still as good as I remember back then when I was a regular customer.

The food was below average, especially the margarita pizza - seems something wrong with the cheese. The lemonade tasted like water. Service was slow and had to spend 5 minutes looking for the waiter to get the bill as our baby wanted to leave. The worst part was the waiter pressuring us to leave a tip for an amount that was not deserved. What is the point of a tip after all? If they want they should put a service charge in the bill. What a horrible experience - especially our last meal of the year. This is our only negative experience dining in Queretaro after being here a few months.
