Olive Garden La Gran Plaza - 45049 Zapopan

It was a very busy day at the Lapita Hotel and to crowded for our taste so we decided to go by walk to the nearby Riverland for an early dinner. All the restaurants and coffee shops were closed for the summer except the Fridays and the Olive Garden. So, we chose the Olive Garden and we have been pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable waitress Joanna Whatever we asked she was replying ‘no problems’ with a smile on her face! She was all the time somewhere nearby offering any kind of help! Small things can make a big difference The bottomless Toscana soup was excellent, baked talapia with shrimps 2! The warm apple crumble with an ice cream was delicious and made our dinner complete Thanks Joanna once again!

Service was slow and the food was not great. The other olive garden on Patria is much better. Fast service and the staff is attentive put it this way we didn't even get bread or were asked weather we would like some more salad. That is so common at Olive garden we were so dissatisfied

I would prefer dimmer lighting and design attributes for fine dining level of experience and ambience. Prices are moderate when compared to other similar restaurants for the same quality of food. Chicken Gnochi con espinaca was stomach full.

Good food not so good service

One star ⭐️ I didn’t feel the Olive Garden experience that is normally provided in USA. The restroom was not clean. The service was not great at all. After sitting for about 10 minutes the waiter finally came to greet us. He the proceeded to take our order and my daughter asked for soup and he said they had run out of soup yesterday, Wth?? They only had salad. He brought out the salad bowl with very little salad and literally drops of dressing. No breadsticks. When I asked for the breadsticks he said they were in the oven. I feel they do this to not give people the unlimited breadsticks that’s they’re famous for. Finally he brought out the breadsticks and salad was gone so I asked him for more. He asked me to give him a few minutes to bring more out. Few minutes pass and he comes out with our main dishes and our salad. Normally I’m used to them asking how much cheese we’d like, well he didn’t ask he just added cheese and when we requested more cheese he seemed irritated. The wait was long for him to refill drink.. I had to request more breadsticks. I ordered two meals to go and only received one salad. Terrible experience. Olive Garden “La Gran Plaza” provide better service! Step up your game to what it should be and don’t be so stingy with the food. Soup shouldn’t be out and breadsticks should always be ready and warm

Ti was looking forward to eating at Olive Garden Grand Plaza, unfortunately the only resemble to the place was the name, won't be back to this place, long time before our server came to the table once we got our salad we had to ask for our dinner wear. Our food came to the table cold, ask to rewarm took 10 minutes to return bad management overall. Sad experience ?

Great service; professional staff; tasty food.

Worst customer service ever. Poor menu with no great options. Changed our minds as we couldn't find anything we like on the menu and the server could not take the drinks off the bill. A can of Coke. Because it was already sent thru the system. As if the possibility of canceling an order has never been done. I would understand if there was something opened or cooked but a can of soda? What kind of customer service is that?
