A	Andres Aceves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio la visita por día me pareció bastante cara $120 sobre todo al adentrarme en sus instalaciones lúgubres y viejas pero tiene de todo para entrenar al estilo de la vieja escuela y no es solo un gym es más como un club deportivo atrapado en los 80's. Si eres una flor sensible al rocío de la mañana ni le caigas, este lugar es solo para campeones. Muchas más actividades aparte del gym. Me gustó? At first the visit per day I found quite expensive $ 120 especially when entering into its dreary and old facilities but has everything to train in the style of the old school and is not just a gym is more like a sports club caught in the 80's. Great weightlifting area with a lot of machines you don't see nowadays - this is an old-school gym, which I love. Great pool and deck area. Boxing, squash courts, steam room. Reasonably priced hair salon and restaurant on-site. Staff are friendly and maintain the building well without getting in your way. Best of all, the gym is almost never crowded, so you can workout comfortably in peace. All the machines work, though some of them are fairly old. Treadmills are limited to 9 km/h, which isn't great if you're looking to do a lot of cardio. For weightlifting and swimming, however, this place is fantastic.
