★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para ir entrenar. Tiene buen ambiente e instructores que te pueden apoyar con tu rutina.
Lo único malo del lugar es que es pequeño y con poco espacio.
Ofrcen también asesoría nutricional.
 Good place to go train. It has a good atmosphere and instructors who can support you with your routine.
The only bad thing about the place is that it is small and with little space.
They also offer nutritional counseling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son solo las maquinas para ejercitar; tienen a un entrenador en la mañana y uno en la tarde pero solo para darte instrucciones sobre que maquina utilizar. No hay clases como de yoga o crossfit; son solo las maquinas en un espacio reducido con dificultad para moverte dentro.
They are just the exercise machines; they have a coach in the morning and one in the afternoon but only to give you instructions on which machine to use. There are no classes like yoga or crossfit; they are just the machines in a confined space with difficulty to move inside.

My best gym, coach Ernesto always available to teach, without a doubt it is a clean place. DJ on Thursdays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes instalaciones, excelente ambiente, es divertido, el instructor es súper buena onda y te explica super bien y sin problemas, la gente muy amable igual que la chica se la recepción, a mí no me gustaba ir al Gym porque a veces los instructores son medio payasos y aquí nada que ver todo los contrario super buen ambiente y la música genial.
Excellent facilities, excellent atmosphere, it's fun, the instructor is super cool and explains you very well and without problems, the people are very friendly, just like the girl at the reception, I didn't like going to the gym because sometimes the instructors are half clowns and nothing to see here, on the contrary, super good atmosphere and great music.
