Lamentablemente los dueños no se dan cuenta del pésimo servicio que sus dependientes otorgan al cliente. Inicialmente quise comunicarme directamente con ellos pero vi que no era la única tratando de acercarse, sin respuesta en absoluto. Así que con esto deduzco que 1, no leen los comentarios, ó 2, simplemente no les importa lo que los clientes pensemos. Su producto podrá ser de calidad pero el pésimo servicio me obliga a poner dos estrellas… y con gusto les pondría sólo una, o ninguna. En mi experiencia personal, la tienda no abre ni cierra a las horas establecidas; y sus dependientes dejan mucho que desear porque no son serviciales, ni amables, y a veces tienen mal carácter. En una ocasión esperé a ver cuándo abrirían -porque era Día del Niño y quería comprar unos regalos, y las chicas llegaron casi 15 min después de la hora de abrir. Les comenté que algunas personas ya se habían ido, y yo las había visto pasar a la hora de abrir, pero seguirse de largo, y me respondieron que iban al baño. Y después de ese comentario me trataron pésimo, rallando en la grosería. Hace dos quise darles otra oportunidad y llamé por teléfono. La chica que contestó dijo que no cerraban a ninguna hora, que yo estaba mal, porque siempre estaban abiertos; y colgamos. Llegué a medio día, y estaba cerrado.
