★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, dicen que hacen reparaciones pero en realidad no las hacen. Sinceramente podrían decir "aún no hemos podido solucionar" pero prefieren mentirle a la ciudadanía.
Terrible attention, they say they do repairs but in reality they don't. They could honestly say "we haven't been able to solve it yet" but they prefer to lie to the public.

Who can report progress on the water pump repair??? It's been several days and yesterday the pipes only distributed water to a few, to carry buckets one day as it may be but already 5???? Who pays for my medical consultation for torticulis???
