Las salsa chimichurri y la de chile con aceite están muy ricas. The place is very nice, and the service is fast. Cada uno de estas opciones la preparan en el momento que la pides, la meten al horno y te sirven todo fresco y caliente. La calidad de los alimentos es muy buena. La atención también. Las opciones de empanadas son variadas, los Sambuches son como unas tortas con un pan y relleno riquísimo todo elaborado por ellos. Tienen dos opciones uno más conocido el "Choriopan" es pan de la casa una especie de bolillo grande, chorizo argentino, moztaza francesa, cebolla caramelizada, lechuga y jitomate. "Bondiola" tiene carne de puerco al horno suave, jugosa, deliciosa más todo lo anterior. Las empanadas unas son las clásicas y otras creaciones de los cocineros/dueños. Ambas las tradicionales y las novedosas las recomiendo ampliamente. Las pizzas ofrecen tres opciones: Margarita, Fugazzetta y Tres quesos. Creo que sólo he probado la primera pero por la calidad de cada una de las cosas que he comido de y en Ombú les puedo asegurar que lo que pidan va a resultar de su agrado. También tienen chimichurri muy sabroso y otras salsas. La comida de Ombú es de muy buena calidad. Ombú se encuentra dentro de Tlalocan que es un espacio al aire libre con árboles. Tlalocan es un lugar muy agradable por ser abierto y estar lleno de vegetación. Recomiendo Ombú para comer en el local o pedir a domicilio. Imagino que el lector se pregunta y la bebida? No se preocupen al lado del Ombú está el bar Barítono. Los precios son razonables. Las fotos que aparecen en esta nota son de los Sambuches. Ombú es un lugar informal y relajado.
