★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pregunte si podían entregarme mis resultados en ingles ANTES de hacer los pagos y las citas. HOY que me entregan los resultados en español me dicen que NO SE PUEDE POR EL MARCO DE LA LEY.
Por eso pregunte antes porque hay laboratorios que si lo hacen así sus estudios no me sirven.
 I asked if they could give me my results in English BEFORE making payments and appointments. TODAY that they give me the results in Spanish they tell me that IT CANNOT BE DUE TO THE FRAMEWORK OF THE LAW.
So ask before because there are laboratories that if they do so, their studies are not useful to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, cobraron un equipo de protección el cual nunca llevaron. Además al facturar lo hacen hasta el último día del mes, la enviaron equivocada y no la corrigen porque ya no hay supuesto tiempo, maña para mandarla el último día del mes y que la factura sea incorrecta.
Bad service, they charged for protective equipment which they never wore. In addition, when invoicing they do it until the last day of the month, they sent it wrong and they do not correct it because there is no longer supposed time, tomorrow to send it on the last day of the month and that the invoice is incorrect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Los contacté por Whatsapp y resolvieron todas mis dudas.
Vinieron un doctor y una doctora y su trato fue excelente, me comentaron lo que veían y respondieron todas mis dudas. Me enviaron el ultrasonido el mismo día en la noche, por lo que fue un servicio de calidad y bastante rápido.
El único inconveniente fue que agendé para las 4:30pm , me confirmó el doctor por teléfono para las 6pm (horario que me quedaba más que perfecto aunque) pero llegaron 5:30 lo cual dificultó un poco los tiempos pues ya había tomado mi hora de comida y seguía trabajando.
En mi caso me pude adaptar a la situación pero sí les pediría que en futuras ocasiones cuidarán ese detalle de las horas.
Excellent service. I contacted them by WhatsApp and they solved all my doubts.
A doctor and a female doctor came and their treatment was excellent, they told me what they saw and answered all my questions. They sent me the ultrasound the same day at night, so it was a quality service and quite fast.
The only drawback was that I scheduled for 4:30 pm, the doctor confirmed by phone for 6pm (time that was more than perfect, though) but they arrived at 5:30 which made the times a bit difficult since I had already taken my time from food and kept working.
In my case I was able to adapt to the situation but I would ask them to take care of that detail of the hours in future occasions.

Les informo que la paciente tiene 93 años y no puedo tenerla en ayunas después de las 10:00 am.
Al contratar este servicio no fui informada de las condiciones previas para la realización de la prueba. Por lo cual les pido sean puntuales y consideren mi petición.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia terrible. Simplemente todos los resultados fueron erróneos y totalmente fuera de los parámetros reales. Mi médico me sugirió que tenía un problema de salud grave en base a estos resultados, lo que me causó mucha preocupación durante una semana, hasta que repetí los resultados a Eugenio Sue y finalmente tuve tranquilidad. Nunca más hago pruebas con ellos. No lo recomiendo. A menos que alguien quiera pasar por el miedo que yo pasé.
Terrible experience. Simply all the results were wrong and totally outside the real parameters. My doctor suggested that I had a serious health problem based on these results, which caused me great concern for a week, until I repeated the results to Eugenio Sue and finally had peace of mind. I never test with them again. I do not recommend it. Unless someone wants to go through the fear that I went through.
