★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voy colgando de una llamada, te atienden de mala manera, es un depósito con gran variedad, pero el servicio mal. Capaciten bien a sus empleados y expliquenles lo que es el servicio al cliente.
I'm hanging up on a call, they serve you in a bad way, it is a warehouse with a great variety, but the service is bad. Train your employees well and explain what customer service is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buen surtido y según sea el caso buenos precios, pero cuando llegas, les proporcionas tu lista en una hoja y te tienen esperando tu pedido por 50 minutos.... Su surtido y precio pasa a segundo término. Yo se que venden mucho, pero la empatia
por las necesidades y tiempo de los demás no debería de perderse.
They have a good assortment and, as the case may be, good prices, but when you arrive, you provide them with your list on a sheet and they have you waiting for your order for 50 minutes ... Their assortment and price go into second place. I know they sell a lot, but empathy
for the needs and time of others should not be wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sé que esta reseña no le tomarán importancia pero cuando vas a comprar ahí parece como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, es el peor servicio al cliente en depósitos dentales si no fuera porque tienen productos que no hay en otro lugar, ya hubieran quebrado.
I know this review will not take importance but when you go shopping there it seems as if they are doing you a favor, it is the worst customer service in dental warehouses if it weren't for having products that are not available elsewhere, they would have already gone out of business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, tardan muchísimo para contestar y te cuelgan de la nada. Contestan diciendo "queee".... no se presentan ni dicen a donde marca uno. Pésimo!!!!
Terrible attention, they take a long time to answer and they hang up on you out of nowhere. They answer by saying "queee".... they don't introduce themselves or say where one dials. Appalling!!!!
