The best bus service. Exellent customer service. Keep it up. Happy with this company.

I used to be ok with this place, up until recently. Now they have these guards that are forcing you to go and purchase your tickets at the ticket counter before you are able to go into the loading area, most of the time they just have 1 person working there with a line of more than 5 people waiting to purchase their tickets. I have missed my bus 5 times since they started doing this. It's a real inconvenience to have to wait for the next bus, sometimes it's more than a half hour. They must put it back the way it was, or put more people selling tickets. They say the wait time is only 10 minutes for the next bus, but that is only if you are going to Celaya. What happens if your destination is going to a different route. This decision they took was very bad, they don't really care about people's comfort or what they think.
