★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De lo más reprobable el comportamiento de los empleados por no vender un boleto con descuento por discapacidad. Argumentaron que no estaba el supervisor ni el gerente ni nadie que pudiera "darles la clave para poder vender el boleto" y tampoco alguien que lo autorizara. Me mandaron a esperar entre 5 minutos a 1 hora por que no sabían a qué hora regresaría y que mejor me fuera a otra línea de Autobuses a comprar mi boleto.
Most reprehensible the behavior of employees for not selling a ticket with a disability discount. They argued that there was no supervisor or manager or anyone who could "give them the key to be able to sell the ticket" and no one who authorized it. They sent me to wait between 5 minutes to 1 hour because they did not know what time I would return and that I better go to another bus line to buy my ticket.
