I know that sometimes it is not the fault of the operators but you need better bathroom services, customer service, aesthetic decoration (this is a personal point) and more hygiene care.

Very good service. On long trips they give mini headphones for those who watch TV, which allows others to sleep and rest. I highly recommend them.

Estacionamiento, baños limpios, restaurantes, bares, bancos o ATM's es todo lo que FALTA EN EL LUGAR! Well they say that outside the capital everything is a province and this is the clear example less than 2 hours from Guadalajara, the state capital. Parking, clean restrooms, restaurants, bars, banks or ATM's is all that is MISSING ON SITE!

Compré 2 boletos para viajar con mi hija, la cual no pudo realizar el viaje y se negaron a cambiar ese boleto ya pagado por un viaje de regreso para mi. La solicitud de cambio se hizo con muchas horas de anticipación. Pésima atención al cliente. Una estrella de calificación es demasiado para esa línea. No viajen en esta linea Very expensive service, they are not able to give a $ 5 headphones to watch the movies. M	MOLISS ¡te la cambio! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le falta mas limpieza y en los baños principalmente, aparte de que tienen estacionadas muchas motocicletas en la parte de adentro, donde es la sala de espera eso le da un mala imagen a la terminal.
