★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Pagamos el servicio PLUS, el mas caro de todos. En el trayecto nocturno de Ciudad Valles a Cdmx saliendo el día 3/8/18 a las 22:45.
Primero el conductor puso música de banda toda la noche en su cabina tan fuerte que molestaba para dormir, le pedimos varias veces que la bajara o la apagara sin hacer ningún caso.
Después nos empezó a caer agua encima del sistema de aire acondicionado. Lo reportamos al conductor y nos dijo que eso no podia ser... tuvimos que inventarnos unas solución con la cortina del autobús enganchándola para que fuera absorbiendo el agua...
Terrible service. We pay the PLUS service, the most expensive of all. On the night route from Ciudad Valles to Cdmx, leaving on 8/3/18 at 10:45 PM.
First the driver put band music all night in his cabin so loud that it bothered to sleep, we asked him several times to turn it down or turn it off without paying any attention.
Then water began to drip on our air conditioning system. We reported it to the driver and he told us that it couldn't be ... we had to come up with a solution with the curtain of the bus hooking it up to absorb the water ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobraron un sobre cómo si fuera paquete, solo por qué el sobre estaba inflado... Y me cobraron el seguro sin mi consentimiento!!!
They charged me for an envelope as if it were a package, just because the envelope was inflated ... And they charged me for insurance without my consent !!!
