Sé que se dice que uno debe estar 15 minutos antes, por si se guardan cosas, pero si solo vas y te subes, con estar a la hora está bien no? El ticket tiene una hora, entonces mínimo debería salir a esa hora y estar puntuales. Uno paga por viajar y ni reembolso dan, aunque llames para poner tu queja es más el tiempo que te tienen en espera, no vale la pena, lamentablemente es el único transporte para ir a Guadalajara de Juchipila diariamente. Al menos deberían darle un adecuado mantenimiento a sus autobuses. No estoy segura de que si tengan AC en el área de equipaje, que es en donde iba ella pero recomiendo viajar con mascotas en horario de menos calor por si las dudas. Good service and good times.
