★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un pésimo servicio y los operadores en las paradas fuera de la sentral no dan boleto eso tienen que checarlo por que es obligatorio dar boletos por que cualquier cosa o percance como reclama uno si deporsi no quieren aserse responsables con boleto menos así y los operadores se clavan el importe hablo de avm en las paradas de Matilde villas y suben y suben gente y no dan boletos a nadien y todos los operadores son lo mismo no ay uno que de boletos entre villas a México y viseversa todos son así chequen eso eso le corresponde al personal de administración y operaciones del transporte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio las taquilleras no hacen bien su servicio los boletos que abe5ces ya esta ocupados y no te dan una solución la solución que tomes otro asiendo y después sube otro pasajero y te siguen moviendo como si uno tuviera la culpa y el chófer no hace nada cuando uno saca su boleto con anticipación por eso digo que la culpa es de las cajeras esto en el servicio directo ya sea a Pachuca o cualquier destino
