 A central station wagon. Very nice and very spacious compared to others within the country. There are outings to micjas parts of the country. Excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nunca contestan el telefono y no dan informacion de nada es un pesimo servicio aqui en esta terminal de san miguel de allende deberia de haber alguien de guardia en caso de emergencias como es mi caso y en el tel de ayuda no dan nada de informacion solo dicen que me podran ayudar ahi en la terminal de san miguel
que horror:......!!!!!
They never answer the phone and do not give information about anything. It is a terrible service here in this San Miguel de Allende terminal there should be someone on call in case of emergencies as is my case and on the help desk they do not give any information they just say that you can help me there in the San Miguel terminal
How awful:......!!!!!

Las personas que trabajan en los lugares de oficina, los operadores, y en general de Ómnibus de México, se preocupan por cumplir con esta política de atención. Ojalá y se continúe dando servicio a toda la ciudadanía de San Miguel de Allende y de sus alrededores que tienen o que tenemos que visitar por cualquier motivo esta oficina.
In the company Ómnibus de México, there is an excellent customer service policy. The people who work in the office places, the operators, and in general of Ómnibus de México, are concerned about complying with this attention policy. Hopefully, we will continue to serve all the citizens of San Miguel de Allende and its surroundings who have or who have to visit this office for any reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small bus station with clear sinage. The main companies there in San Miguel autobus Station include: Coordinados, Primera Plus, Pegasso, Futuna who all have maned offices inside. Toilets on your right as you enter (for a fee!! Probably 10 MEX). Primera Plus have a air conditioned business type waiting room (free albeit included with ticket) with electric charging facilities. Also a TV. This is where you get the bus to Mexico City, [usually at platform 8]. It cost around 500 MEX one way and takes 4 hours but give yourself extra time because of Mexican traffic in the city area. Primera Plus have terrible WiFi on board don't rely on it. Speaking of WiFi the code is located on the inside cabin door separating the driver cockpit with bus cabin.The seats are relatively comfy. USB points. Toilets at the back and gender separated. The bus usually offers headphones. There is a monitor for every passenger however many don't actually work! (depends on bus age). The seats recline about 56 degrees as a rough guess. It takes about 15-17 mins by taxi to San Miguel historical centre during rush hour, and should cost between 43-50 Mexican currency with Uber. If you want extra leg room on the bus, I recommend booking the front row. Either seat numbers 1,2,3 or 4. I don't think there is an extra fee, but not sure. Anyway San Miguel autobus (bus station) is very easy to navigate. There is a very basic shop on the platform side.
