When taking the truck with greetings from san juan from los lagos very bad because the drivers without mouth covers nobody took me temperature and I did not see the slightest care very bad in that regard.

Their printer didn’t even work when printing our tickets and we were also not informed that you would need your ID to board the bus(which the chofer doesn’t even check for anyway) so we were then refused a refund on our tickets and to top it off the guy at the desk was smug as hell about it all and not helpful just wanted to make everything more difficult. Don’t waste your time or money here on this shitshow establishment.
