Y no respetan horarios del boleto siempre se tardan más de media hora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , los empleados en general no se que piensen que se creen los dueños de la empresa de autobuses, una apatía tremenda quieren dormir a citadinos que estamos más despiertos en muchas cosas en general. Pésima organización para abordar un autobús, no hacen filas para abordar los camiones y se hacen un desorden y trifulca ya que mucha gente se mete a las filas y todavía se enojan porque los mandas a la fila a formarse, ¿Porque rayos no organizan filas para abordar camiones? Ya son varias veces que me pasa lo mismo hacia Ciudad de México, y uno como cliente debe de andar organizando las filas, que nefasto, si la próxima vez me pasa eso denunciaré a PROFECO y SETRAVI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes los baños estaban muy sucios y apestaban, ahora ya no, el servicio es bueno por parte de los que atienden aunque no como se acostumbra en ODM; hay contactos para cargar los teléfonos y afuera hay locales donde venden comida, regular no excelente pero para la pasada está bien.
Lo malo es que como siempre, si vas en temporada alta pues los camiones pueden tardar hasta 4 horas en pasar con lugares disponibles, si puedes comprar en línea mejor para que no estés esperando tanto.
Aunque en Tejupilco hace un calor del demonio, no está tan caliente la terminal como tal. Lugar amplio, limpio e iluminado, muy típico del servicio de ODM.

Although Tejupilco is very hot, the terminal as such is not so hot. Spacious, clean and bright place, very typical of the ODM service.
