★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intente comprar un boleto en linea en la pagina de omnibus y no existe esta terminal. Llamé al numero que indican y tampoco tienen cocnocimiento de la existencia de este lugar ni las corridas que realiza. El personal de atención telefónica grosero y nefasto.
 Try to buy a ticket online on the bus page and this terminal does not exist. I called the number they indicate and they also have no idea of the existence of this place or the runs it performs. The rude and ominous telephone service staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience this very last time I got stuck or put in the position where I needed to leave right away and they did go out of their way to help me cuz I was going to have to sleep here at the bus station and they went out of their way to find me a hotel that was nearby help me get there and everything for nearly nothing how many places do you find that would do that I have to say I'm very impressed with the way they are here this is not every one of their bus station this is the one here in Guadalajara Jalisco I'll tell anybody any time that this is the number one and the security guards went over and beyond . One young lady named meche , show her heart as big as Mexico to make sure I was safe and attened to. The girls are dressed real nice in high heels and everybody here is clean-cut straitlaced it's just a breath of fresh air over here you can see they like their job and have really great attitudes I thank God for such a nice group of people!!! I give them all a 10
