★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en cuanto a los boletos que compras por internet un familiar me compro un boleto redondo y se equivoco en el horario era en la tarde y lo compro en la mañana y lo que me dijeron es que ya se perdió y no se puede hacer nada y en otra línea por sistema cuando no uso el boleto se cambia a abierto sin hacer nada y válido por todo un año
Por eso uso ODM solo cuando ya no hay en el que uso siempre. * No siempre lo barato sale caro*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las boleteras dan mal servicio, les preguntas por cosas relacionadas con su trabajo y contestan de malas, sus autobuses son premium, y mencionan que traen wifi pero no funciona, traen pantallas pero como si no trajeran, porque no te dan audífonos para escucharla.
The ticket offices give poor service, you ask them about things related to their work and they answer badly, their buses are premium, and they mention that they bring Wi-Fi but it doesn't work, they bring screens but as if they didn't bring, because they don't give you headphones to listen to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi viaje a Guadalajara no entregaron audífonos le pedí muy amable al chófer si me podía dar y me dijo bien grosero eso no me corresponde a mi debiste pedirlos al comprar tu boleto. No son respuestas. Fue un viaje de 19 horas con escalas y en ninguna escala se subieron a lavar los baños los cuales quedaron asquerosos. Y en mi lugar no había cortina , volvemos a lo mismo en un viaje tan largo sin cortina con todo el sol en la cara no es bueno. No dan agua ni sándwich.
